FLASH BODY COMP
This is the program that you’ve probably heard about and brings so many people to Flash. Our Flash Body Comp is the heart and soul of what we do and it is what Flash is known for.
The Flash Fitness Body Comp program is specifically designed to transform the body….fast!
You will lose fat, get lean fast, and with a few individualized program changes, we can help you add muscle to your frame if you want.
Simply, this class is all about transforming your body quickly and safely.
This is NOT a powerlifting or bodybuilding program.
The workouts are broken up into 3 workouts during the week, each with a different metabolic stimulus on the body.
We use a variety of methods and techniques over the course of the program- all proven to produce results and keep the workouts feeling new and interesting. The methods we use are only the methods that Coach Jeff has kept in his programming tool book over the course of the last quarter century of training people. No old person jokes..or you are all getting a “Flash Finisher!”

- The 1st workout of the week is our strength and tension class. The goal is to produce a metabolic shift, getting our body to burn more fat at rest and over the next couple of days.
- The 2nd workout of the week is our breathlessness class. This class is designed to stimulate a different set of hormones and metabolic stimulus. After the metabolic shift, NOW is the time to amp up the total amount of energy we are burning.
- The 3rd workout of the week varies, dependent on what we specifically need in the program at that particular time.
