Jeep wasn’t what you would call a “gym person.” …
But he knew he wanted to change his body “before he turned 30.” He felt inside he HAD to change.
Jeep was 29 years old and already experiencing success in his career. He had a high position marketing job. That’s not all. He was also a teacher, teaching university students. Furthermore, he was part owner of a restaurant. He was surrounded by good friends and good people. Life was good. But… he was tired.
He was unfit. He was unhappy with his body and was ready to start a new journey.
You see, Jeep holds himself to high standards. Ultra-successful people usually do! He felt his body, health and fitness levels were not up to the standards he held for himself.
Well, Jeep’s colleague and friend had lost over 50 pounds training with Flash Fitness in Bangkok, doing just 30 minute workouts. He felt that the short workouts might be the best way to fit fitness into his busy lifestyle.
He joined Flash in September, 2012. Jeep decided to take a before picture when he started Flash.
After a sit down and talk with Jeff and Ritah about his nutrition and daily habits, he agreed to follow the personalized new habits they recommended to him- they felt these new habits would produce the biggest impact and change to his health and physique in the shortest time.
Jeep was super busy. But…the workouts were just 30 minutes long.

Normal people outside the fitness world have no desire to do these things.
So, what did he do? Jeep just followed the plan and stuck to it.
He showed up to all of his workouts — 3 times a week, training in the evenings.
That’s right. After a long day at his marketing job and then spending a couple of hours tutoring university students… He would go to Flash Fitness and still give the workout his best effort…every time!
After the workout, Jeep would shower, hop into his car and fight traffic across town to his restaurant to be there to help out in any way he could.
Talk about dedication! Jeep’s first 12 weeks went by quickly! Do you want to see results after just the first 12 weeks?

Then, after a year had passed by, Jeep turned 30 years old and now looked like this!
2022 & Jeep is Still Fit with 40 Right Around the Corner
Well, here we are. A decade has now passed. 10 years have gone by!
In true Jeep form, in the last 10 years, he has earned a PhD to his name, started a construction company and is now a “gym person,” being that fitness is an essential part of his life.
Let’s be honest. We live in a time where most people are spending too much time watching Netflix and mindlessly scrolling their phones …yet, believe that they are “too busy,” to accomplish their fitness goals.
(A 30 minute workout..like those Jeep does at the Bangkok Gym, Flash Fitness…takes less time than 1 episode of a series!) Jeep is an inspiration to us all!
