Tum Has Lost 73 Pounds (33 kgs) at Flash Fitness in Bangkok...And Has Kept It Off For 6 Years

We want to take a moment to celebrate Tum's success!

A few nights ago, I put a bunch of weight plates together and attached a handle to it. 
When I asked him to pick it up and to feel what 73 pounds felt like...
You could see the amazement on his own face! 

There were probably 15 to 18 people standing around at the time...

They all started clapping for him.
