We will keep you at a pace which will improve your conditioning and have you moving between exercises with designated rest periods. When you are on the gym floor, you are sweating, huffing and puffing and creating results.

We scale each persons workout to their fitness level, not their age.
Age is just one of many determining factors in fitness. We have trained 50, 60, 70 year olds who can do more physically than their children! After her first year of training, one 50 something mom we train could outperform her rugby playing son on a basic fitness capacity test!
We have Mom's and Dad's training with their children at Flash. It's a great way for a family to spend time doing something positive together.

I have been looking for a gym with the equipment like you have in your gym. Can I just pay for a "regular membership" and use the equipment on my own?
No. Sorry, but we are about creating a community here that is very different than traditional style gyms.
What language are the classes taught in?
Currently, our members are made up of about 80% Thai & 20% Farang. The classes are mostly taught in English. However, your coaches can speak Thai if needed as well. Coach Ritah is a native Thai.
