What Makes ​Flash Fitness 40 Plus Different?

The Flash 40 Plus Programs are specifically designed to address the most common needs of the 40-Plusser.

The workouts methods, protocols and exercises are designed specifically to:
  • *Raise growth hormone levels naturally, slowing the aging process and improving the body’s ability to build new cells. As we get past 30, GH levels decline. Luckily, weight training has been shown to help maintain this very important hormone.
  • *Improve mobility and flexibility
  • *Rebuild skeletal muscle tissue, which has been proven to be one of the most important indicators in longevity and health. Sarcopenia (age-associated muscle loss) is strongly associated with all-cause mortality. (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.maturitas.2017.04.007)
  • *Promote structural balance and reduce injuries.
  • *Improve both strength & cardiorespiratory fitness
  • *Utilize lower impact exercises, decreasing risk of joint issues.​
  • *Improve insulin sensitivity, reducing the risk of various diseases, particularly those associated with metabolic syndrome, such as diabetes, heart disease, various types of cancer, fatty liver disease, etc.


The workouts include 4 phases :

  • Mobility circuits for better movement and less stiffness.
  • Strength & tension -to improve muscle, tendon, ligament and bone strength as well as fight off the negative effects of age-related muscle loss. The circuits are done in a way that also vastly improves the cardiovascular system.
  • Metabolic- to improve cardiovascular system, the body’s muscle to fat ratios, improve insulin sensitivity and avoid metabolic related diseases like obesity and diabetes.
  • ​Individualized specialization- we tailor the program to primary needs of each person.
