Every parent wants their child to succeed. So, we expect our children to pay attention in school and learn. However, are we really doing the best we can to set our children up to learn? Ingredients • 500 g Grounded beef • Shallots square shopped • Heavy cream • Dry white wine • 4 colors Peppers • Butter •Salt for seasoning Directions 1. Mix a little bit of salt and pepper through Grounded, flatten and lay out on greaseproof paper make it for 4 patties. Cook patties in a large non stick pan in batches with butter for 1 minute on each side and set a side. 2. In the same pan( with a juice from your beef ) add a bit more butter ,saute' shallots with a pinch of salt until soft and golden brown.Now add dry white wine,cook for 1 minute . 3. Add heavy cream as it need and little bit of water,bring it to boil and add ground peppers,reduce until tick. 4.Serve Grounded steak with lovely gravy and side salad. 3 Things We Can Learn from Jeep's Transformation When people see Jeep's transformation, (or one of mine) people often ask me..what did he do? It's as if they want some kind of easy answer that doesn't exist. Let me tell you three things I think we can all learn from Jeep's inspiring fitness journey from soft and weak to strong and ripped. 1 . Jeep's transformation is proof it's not just about the scale weight. If you look at the two pictures above, how much heavier would you guess Jeep was in the picture on the left than on the right? It's hard to believe it was just 2.5 kilograms. However, by adding muscle, increasing his capacity to store glycogen, and optimizing his fat regulating hormones, Jeep was able to drop fat easier and faster than he ever had in previous attempts. He focused on changing his body composition and not on the number on a scale. In the end, if you don't like what the mirror is reflecting, what difference does the number on your scale make? Jeep is proof of this. 2. It's not just about calories. When Jeep first started he was a "TOFI." (Thin on the outside, fat on the inside.) He had some fat on his belly and sides, yes, but he wasn't obese by any means. The biggest problem was that he struggled with insulin resistance and had to battle some major blood sugar issues. His Blood sugar would also crash pretty hard when he first started working out. You see, Jeep used to be a "sugar burner," meaning his body functioned and relied on consistent carbohydrates for its daily energy needs and wasn't good at accessing his fat stores for energy. Therefore, when his blood sugar dropped ...so did he. He actually slept on the floor in our gym at least an hour after his first workout. Jeep fixed this problem by making carefully planned choices of his new habits, such as adding fish oil to his meals, training with weights to improve his sensitivity to insulin and improve (not just increase) his metabolism and starting his day with a high protein and fat diet. Eggs! Today, as a fat burner, Jeep stores more food as glycogen and less as fat, while burning more fat throughout the day. He can actually eat more food now than most people...and NOT store it as unwanted fat. 3. Jeep brings a positive mental mindset to everything he does. When Jeep first started, he was just as busy as any of the CEOs, company presidents and embassy people we train. He was running his own restaurant, as well as a successful tutoring business ..all while working full time for a marketing company. However, Jeep still made it into the gym consistently, never complaining about how tired he is and always gave his workout 100%. I don't ever remember him relying on any excuses. People like Jeep are successful in life AND in the gym because of this right positive mindset. There you have it...3 things we can learn from Jeeps incredible transformation. Let me just say that we feel incredibly blessed to have gotten the opportunity to not just work with Jeep, but to befriend him.  If you are a sweet tooth here is something you will love " Banana Protein Cupcakes"are deliciously sweet and completely free of added sugars with high protein and low in carb!
Ingredients 4 over-ripe bananas, mashed with a fork 1 cup Greek yogurt 1tsp vanilla extract 1 cup Almond meal 1 cup Oat meal 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 2 whole egg 1 egg white 4 Tbsp pureed raisins 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg Handful chopped Cashew nuts Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix the wet ingredients (bananas, greek yogurt, vanilla, eggs, raisins) together. 3. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, protein powder,baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts) together. 4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, then pour into a cupcake tin( or you can use regular muffin tin). 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Depending on your oven calibration, these might take more or less time to cook. Check them after 15-20 minutes and then frequently thereafter to make sure they don't overcook. Take them out when they're starting to brown a little on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool, and then serve.  These pancakes are so simple to throw together and are jam-packed with protein. All of the ingredients get tossed in your food processor or blender. These are not only low carb and high protein but taste amazing. Tip: Make extras and freeze them for easy breakfasts all week long.

Lots of fiber and protein, which makes it perfect for fatloss and baby spinach—rich in vitamins A and C and folic acid, which can help lower your blood pressure and reduce inflammation.
Ingredients 2 cups (2 ounces) baby spinach 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 teaspoons olive oil, divided 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1/3 cup chopped bell-pepper 1 tablespoon water 1/4 cup (1 ounce) pepper jack cheese 4 skinless-boneless chicken breast halves, trimmed and pounded thin into cutlets 8 sliced bacon Directions 1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. PLACE the spinach in a large nonstick skillet with the washing water clinging to the leaves or a tablespoon or two of water if dried. Cover and cook for 2 minutes, tossing occasionally, or until wilted. Drain and press firmly with the back of a spoon or squeeze to remove excess moisture. There should be 1/2 cup spinach. Wipe out the skillet. 3. MEANWHILE, in a medium nonstick skillet, combine the onion, 1 teaspoon oil, garlic, bell-pepper , and 1 tablespoon water. Turn the heat to medium. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the onion sizzles. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook, stirring once, for about 3 minutes, or until softened. In a small bowl, combine the onion mixture, cheese, and spinach. Stir to mix. Set aside. 4.Lay the chicken breasts out on a clean surface, and spoon some of the spinach mixture onto each one. Roll up chicken to enclose the spinach, then wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks, and arrange in a shallow baking dish. 5.Bake uncovered for 35 minutes in the preheated oven, then increase heat to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C), or use the oven's broiler to cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes to brown the bacon. 2 Cup flax meal ( I used a blender to make it) 5 Egg whites 2 Whole eggs 5 TBSP Olive oil, Coconut oil or Flax oil 1 TBSP Baking powder 1 TSP salt 1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder 1 TSP Vanilla extract 1/2 Cup Water 3 TSP Sweetener Directions: Preheat oven to 350 F Mix all dry ingredients then add wet ,whisk together and bake for about 30 minutes. This recipe can also be made into muffins : divide battle into muffins pan and bake 10-15 minutes. Great topped with almond or peanut butter. Nutrition per serving : 1 serving = 1 slice 145 Cal, 11g Fat, less than 1 gram Carb, 8.5 g Protein.
