2 Cup flax meal ( I used a blender to make it)
5 Egg whites
2 Whole eggs
5 TBSP Olive oil, Coconut oil or Flax oil
1 TBSP Baking powder
1 TSP salt
1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
1 TSP Vanilla extract
1/2 Cup Water
3 TSP Sweetener
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix all dry ingredients then add wet ,whisk together and bake for about 30 minutes.
This recipe can also be made into muffins : divide battle into muffins pan and bake 10-15 minutes.
Great topped with almond or peanut butter.
Nutrition per serving : 1 serving = 1 slice
145 Cal, 11g Fat, less than 1 gram Carb, 8.5 g Protein.
