This meal are so simple and easy to make and super low in carb and high fat high protein meal good for Ketogenic diet also.
• 500 g Grounded beef
• Shallots square shopped
• Heavy cream
• Dry white wine
• 4 colors Peppers
•Salt for seasoning
1. Mix a little bit of salt and pepper through Grounded, flatten and lay out on greaseproof paper make it for 4 patties. Cook patties in a large non stick pan in batches with butter for 1 minute on each side and set a side.
2. In the same pan( with a juice from your beef ) add a bit more butter ,saute' shallots with a pinch of salt until soft and golden brown.Now add dry white wine,cook for 1 minute .
3. Add heavy cream as it need and little bit of water,bring it to boil and add ground peppers,reduce until tick.
4.Serve Grounded steak with lovely gravy and side salad.
