Had many people ask me about food I've made.Here is my favorite cookies ever because it so yummy
Make 24 cookies but I did 12 for big one.
Ingredients: 1 cup finely ground almond meal 1/2 cup Oat flour(ground oat) 1/3 cup Instant Oats 1/4 cup chop cashew 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp salt 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Nutsmeg 1/4 tsp all spice 1/4 tsp ground ginger 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 300 g Cooked and mash pumpkin 1/3 cup honey 3 tsp water 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 4oz jar of baby food applesauce 1/3 cup raisins(or more if you like)
Preheat oven to 350 degree 1. Mix first 12 ingredients in the large bowl until thoroughly combined( almond - meal ginger) 2. In another large bowl mix remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined . 3. Combine almond-meal ginger with the wet mixture , gradually , until dough form. 4. Drop heaping teaspoon ( if you make 24 but I put more for make 12) on sprayed cookies tray , slightly flatten dough into circles. Bake 11-12 minutes or until set. Cool on cooking rack for 2 minutes, then store cookies in a container.
